Louis Vuitton Fall 2011 Menswear presented during Mens Paris Fashion Week was inspired by the monochromatic dress sense and simplified elegance of Amish style.
Designer Paul Helbers, head of menswear design team mixed it with hint of strangeness inspired by David Lynch and concentrated on basic black in palette along with dark-blue, brown, pop of vibrant orange and came up with a menswear collection that flaunted elegant Fall 2011 men’s fashion trends.
Models stepped on runway in silhouette that were straight and sometime adorned with a belt or ribbon tied around the waist, down jacket, combination of velvet, leather and fur presenting a mix of formal with informal.
Talking about Louis Vuitton Autumn/Winter 2011-2012 Collection, coats can’t be missed out. It was all about doubled jackets, jacket with a puffa vest built into it, kimono-inspired coats, parkas and lots more.
Pieces like ody-warmers had the look of body armor, the cut out shirt, Motel Red blouson revealing quilted black leather underneath and evening jacket in dusty black dévoré velvet look were classics.
Along with Louis Vuitton Menswear, Louis Vuitton Fall 2011 bag styles presented in the new permanent leather embossed in signature check, brief cases, small satchels adorned with trunk locks, were also iconic.
